Depleted,
-----
seeping from the mind retreated, complacent with the current mind state, frustrated with the ill-news. spreading like fuses, like old tree sages and muses, like slaves of modern times, slipping where the oil has been spilt. walking with stilts, we are careful of these situations. depleting minds fleeting again, secreting the secret agent solvent. the worry slivers and shivers, a quarry of lost voices. muted to the television, hypnotized by its fancy wavelengths and subdued by the strength of technology.

but what does it all mean? why is there a number twelve? where are we going?
freedom of speech is becoming restricted.
We will soon be muted of any choices, like lost voices.
people cant express their free minds anymore without being recorded. the deep-pocket pigs snorted all the cocaine they imported; the fat cats with the nerve to carry fat gats. to slave the lower-class, a race-war unfolds, the gap like teeth become extracted, increasing in size and apparentness. aware of this, we can break free of its old rusted shackles. we can be aware now and free ourselves of social construct's confinements. don't always blindly believe what ‘reliable sources’ tell you, always analyze the idea out of context. resist society's ways to jade the brain, stray from what is easy because the last thing we want to do is fold.

drugs and gangs, nail salons and pet clothing stores.
low-income housing, penthouse suites.
shelters for the homeless, golf courses for the rich and famous.
welfare loopholes, tax breaks and tax evasion.
crack, cocaine.
deaths and murders, cruises and time shares.

the rich get richer, while the poor die starving.
if a story's ending was always told to you, you wouldn't really need to use your imagination would you? In this case what does 12 stand for you? I've instilled my own meaning(s) to remind myself everyday we need to improve as a human race and better humanity, to set high goals. What does 12 mean to you?

i glean very little from this density, but i enjoy the challenge. i think our freedom of speech is being restricted by the growth of our neighbor's. as people get more sensitive and feel more entitled to their personal comfort, everyone else to get more sensitive with them.
