Cheap tricks, copy cats and money motives?
Polluted air, polluted waters and hungry mouths?
Too many angry consumers, too little time.
But their profit margins are way too large to pass up; why wouldn't anyone take that deal? It would be stupid to pass up something as good as that. To all brands and music: CONFORM, it is the easy way out.
Nothing is the same, at least its not what it used to be. Not trying to live the past, just reminiscing on good things that have dissolved.
What happened to the music industry? What's up with music nowadays? Why do people funnel into these trends, hoping to catch a bite? Where did the originality go? Why does everyone use the voice synthesizer now? Is it because digital effects can mask poor singing capabilities? No wait, we lost that to live shows long ago. Remember when it was the live sets that got bands big who eventually recorded albums? Now its album sales sky rocketing with a shitty ass stage performance; people can't sing as good as they used to, or maybe they just don't try as hard. And this doesn't pertain to rock and roll, what happened to hip hop?
Media and its deep pockets; archaic producers who are in the business only to make a dime, not to make a difference.
Does the current economic situation effect the following:
-Driving Escalades on really large rims
-Flossing jewelry and icing up anything from teeth to pinky rings
-Throwing money around and watching it rain
Next we'll be seeing rap artists stepping out of hybrid cars and repping DIY jewelry and thrift clothes.
There is a lot of apathy right now, we are here to extinguish that.
