I've had a hand in preparing/making all of these (minus strawberries and the steak). This is what I eat. This is what he eats (well ok not the mold).

raw egg + XO sauce + onion + green onion + cilantro + peanut sauce for hot pot.

I didn't really know how to deal with all the guts so we just ate the tail.

Cooking with spam, inspired by the Aloha state.

My mom's famous steak. Look at that marble, I don't think many steaks can touch this.

Seared but sashimi-grade.

I guess this is my specialty; crafting and consuming heaps of soba with all the fixins. I think the zoom in is necessary.
