Photo Mission: Mishe Mokwa

6 photographers got together and hiked a trail in Malibu Canyons. We are all very fond of analog photography and decided to get together and trade inspirations (1/6 photographers brought his dslr instead... do a blog post so I can link your post).

After the 6-day rainpocalypse where I heard that So Cal received 1/10 of its annual rain fall, I knew the land would be lush. I have a growing love for moss and wish to own a moss & rock hybrid garden when I'm old and dying.

Photography is the perfect way to explore your surroundings. It's also nice to exercise your visual language.

camera: Nikon F3hp, last shot Nikon 35ti
film: Kodak Portra 160nc, Kodak Ektar 100, and others
location: Malibu Canyons

Last shot with the Nikon 35ti. Clockwise from the top-middle: Nikon F3hp, Nikon D90, Olympus Xa, CVS disposable, Mamiya m645 1000s, Contax T3, Nikon FG, Mamiya 7ii, Ricoh GR21, Nikon Fm2.

We definitely shared a creative space, inspired from the folks at Phootcamp, check them out. Inspiration goes in full circles.

Photographers and links to their versions: Louis T, Haserad, Jeff C, Chris G, Garrick F.

Thanks for watching,

12FV(the great indoors).

I think I'm in love with the photo of all the lady bugs on the plant!
